All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

During high-demand periods, promotional campaigns, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Locations

Currently, Friends Mart ships within the United States only.

We are working to expand our shipping coverage in the future.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after order processing:

  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Selected shipping method

  • Order size and weight

From time to time, Friends Mart may offer Free Shipping promotions on eligible orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Customers can track shipment progress using the carrier tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Delayed Shipments

Incorrect Address Information

Friends Mart is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional charges resulting from:

Lost or Stolen Packages

Friends Mart is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If this occurs:

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  4. Reach out to our support team for assistance.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Attach clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Our team will review and provide a suitable resolution.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Order modifications or cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed for shipment.

Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
